Nintendo has announced a series of events to celebrate the release of its Wii Sports Resort title.
The landmark video game is set to launch across the UK and Ireland on July 24th and will be bundled with the Nintendo Wii MotionPlus accessory.
Nintendo’s Wii MotionPlus has been specially designed to track Wii players’ movements in greater detail and with higher precision.
This is intended to enhance the game playing experience, allowing players to become more involved in the action, such as replicating body movements more accurately.
Free giveaways and an opportunity to play the new game will take place throughout the UK, including in London, Leeds and Birmingham.
There will also be a chance to win a luxury water sports and beach holiday in Greece, to celebrate the hotly-anticipated game.
Meanwhile, further new titles and mini-games have been promised by Nintendo that will take advantage of the new technology.
