iPod Touch and iPhone users can now access a number of live sporting events, thanks to a new application.
Eurosport has launched a free programme in the App Store offering live simulcasts of its British Eurosport and British Eurosport 2 channels.
Live action and highlights can now be viewed by sports fans, which includes current coverage of the Vancouver Winter Olympic Games.
Furthermore, tennis and motorsport fans will have plenty to watch, with the French Open, MotoGP and World Touring Car Championships all being screened by the broadcaster.
While the application is free to download, users will have to pay either £2.39 per month, or £23.99 a year to access the content, with the player working over either 3G or a Wi-Fi network.
Eurosport follows in the tracks of Sky, which released an application to allow sports fans the opportunity to watch live programmes from its range of channels, along with the pay-per-view service ESPN.
